About  Us

       My name is Floyd Scott and I'm the owner of "Honey-Do" Services in Riverside, New Jersey. Patty, my wife of 18 years, is my office manager.

    The name "Honey-Do" Services originated while I was living in Delaware and doing odd jobs for others. I heard so many guys talking about their "honey-do" list and how they didn't want to do those jobs, that I thought why not do those jobs for them.  And so "Honey-Do" Services sprang to life.  My wife and I relocated to New Jersey in 1997, bringing our "Honey-Do" Services company with us.

    "Honey-Do" Services is a small independently owned and operated company specializing in painting and handyman services.  Personal service is what sets us apart from our competition.  When you deal with "Honey-Do" Services, you are dealing directly with the owner.  We do not subcontract out our work or bring in a crew of men you have never met before.  When I come out to give you an estimate, you can be assured that I will be the one doing the work.

    You will often find that larger companies do not wish to handle your small jobs. That is never the case with "Honey-Do" Services.  Please see our "What We Do" link for a more comprehensive list of our services.

    I would like to take a moment here to thank all my loyal customers for allowing me to be of continued service to them over the years and for their many referrals. I wouldn't be here today without them.
